Natucer’s new showroom is a 740 m² space designed as a sensory experience that reflects the brand’s history and evolution. The entire environment is designed to showcase ceramics through their real-world applications, combining extruded and pressed ceramics from an architectural, technical and experiential perspective. And at INSCA, we were responsible for the design, manufacture and complete installation of the showroom.
In this regard, the design of the space highlights natural handmade ceramic tiles. Consequently, to complement this artisanal essence, the tile showroom design adopts a Mediterranean aesthetic, drawing on natural materials, wood, greenery and an earthy colour palette to create a warm, serene and meticulously curated atmosphere.
On the one hand, the exhibition is organised into clearly distinct zones for terracotta, porcelain tiles and special pieces (such as ventilated facades and technical solutions), thanks to bespoke settings for displaying tiles and a customised tile library over 10 metres long and 5 metres high.
Furthermore, at the heart of the showroom lies CUORE, Natucer’s most exclusive collection, displayed as a stand within the showroom itself. This display solution has been conceived as an enclosed, intimate space, where the customer feels as though they are inside a genuine ceramic jewellery shop. Consequently, the space is centred around a central technical table featuring a metal frame and a champagne-coloured Bolon worktop to reinforce the sense of exclusivity.
On the other hand, one of the major challenges has been managing the natural light coming from the large central hall. To this end, various ceiling systems have been designed to filter the incoming light and ensure controlled, uniform lighting throughout the showroom.
Finally, the space features our Londres and Roma XL tile display racks, as well as various settings to contextualise the product, such as bathrooms, terraces, libraries, kitchens and outdoor swimming pools. The entire project was completed in just two months, completely redefining the initial concept and involving close coordination between design and manufacturing to create a specialised and unique showroom.
