Price and quote

The price depends on whether it is a standard catalogue display unit, a bespoke display unit or a bespoke showroom, and varies according to the model, dimensions, number of rails or samples, the chosen finish and the number of units.

Catalogue display units are more competitively priced as they are based on an existing design; bespoke projects (single display unit or complete showroom) require a specific engineering assessment. Tell us what you need and we’ll provide you with an indicative price.

It depends on what you need: if you’re looking for a display unit or a set of standard catalogue display units, we can provide you with a price straight away, provided you specify the model or type of product to be displayed.

If you need a bespoke showroom, the quote is calculated once we have finalised the project (design, engineering and scope of manufacture), as every showroom is different. Get in touch with us and we’ll guide you through the first steps to arrive at that estimate.

A catalogue display unit is a standard model from our catalogue (featuring over 1,500 items) which is customised using the options available for that model: finish, colour, unit dimensions to suit the samples on display, number of rails, etc. A bespoke display unit is a piece designed from scratch for a very specific purpose, which is somewhat less common. A bespoke showroom is a complete exhibition space project (new or involving a total or partial refurbishment), which is the most common bespoke request we receive.

All three are manufactured to the same high standard; what varies is the scope of the project, the workflow and the timeframe. We’ll help you identify which option best suits your needs.

Delivery and production times

The display units are not manufactured to stock: each order is made to order according to the options chosen by the customer (finish, dimensions, number of rails, etc.), with an estimated lead time of around 6 weeks.

For bespoke showroom projects, the lead time depends on the scope of the project (design, engineering, prototyping, manufacturing and assembly), so it is determined on a case-by-case basis. Let us know your target date and we will confirm whether it is feasible.

It depends on the scope of the project. Since we don’t work with stock, every order—whether from our catalog or custom-made—is manufactured according to your production schedule, with an estimated lead time of about 6 weeks for standard displays.

Please tell us your target date, the location, and whether it’s for one or more displays or a complete showroom, and we’ll confirm feasibility in the same conversation.

INSCA manufactures at its own facilities in Almazora (Castellón, Spain), which have a total industrial capacity of over 26,000 m²: 18,000 m² for production and 6,000 m² dedicated to internal logistics and storage.

Manufacturing directly at our facilities allows us to control the lead times and quality of each display unit throughout the entire production process.

Display catalogue: what can be customised

Our catalogue features over 1,500 different display unit models, including ranges for ceramics, bathroom fittings, laminates/parquet and outdoor use.

You can filter the online catalogue by setting, product type, orientation (front-facing, horizontal, vertical), system (fixed, sliding, rotating, swivelling), number of rails or samples, and dimensions, to find the model that best suits your retail outlet.

Yes. Each model in the catalogue can be customised within the options available for that series: colour and finish of the unit, dimensions depending on the samples to be displayed, number of rails, display system (fixed, sliding, rotating or swivelling) and other options that vary depending on the specific model.

These options can be viewed and selected directly on the product page for each display unit at insca.com/en/displays/.

Yes, as well as customising items from the catalogue, we can design a fully bespoke display unit when the project requires it, although this is a less common request than catalogue customisation or bespoke showrooms.

Tell us about the product to be displayed, the available space and your requirements, and we’ll assess whether a bespoke design is appropriate or whether a customised catalogue model already meets your needs.

It depends on the range: some ranges in our catalogue are designed as modular systems, intended to be expanded or combined over time, whilst others are fixed, non-modular structures.

Let us know which model you’re interested in or how you intend to use it, and we’ll confirm whether that particular range is modular.

We stock vertical, horizontal and front-facing display stands for tiles and ceramics, featuring fixed, sliding, rotating or swivelling systems, in ranges such as Slimshow, Multi Tiles, Tubestile, Fussion, XL and Milan Wall.

Each range is designed for a specific purpose (quick display, large formats, self-service or assisted sales); we’ll recommend the most suitable option based on your retail outlet and product type.

Yes, we have specific display units and showrooms for bathroom taps and sanitaryware, such as the Arredobagno UP! range, designed to showcase the product in a realistic setting to help the end customer make a decision.

These can be customised according to the type of product (taps, showers, bathroom furniture) and the space available at the point of sale.

Yes, we offer pull-out display units and specialist systems for parquet, laminate and vinyl flooring, such as our Woodlook series, designed to display samples in a convenient and organised manner.

As with ceramic tiles, these display units can be customised in terms of size, number of samples and display system.

Yes, we have specific solutions for large-format tiles and ceramic sheets, such as the XL series, designed to safely support the weight and dimensions of these materials.

Let us know the size and weight of your tiles and we’ll recommend the most suitable display unit.

A materials library or tile library is an organised display area, usually in the form of shelving or modular units, designed to present a wide range of material samples (ceramics, stone, wood or other finishes) in an orderly manner within a limited space.

INSCA offers several series, such as Ceramoteca UP, Tile Library and Boutique, which can be adapted to the number of samples and the style of the retail outlet.

Transport, assembly and installation

We can arrange for assembly by our own team, but we do not organise transport: this is the responsibility of the client or the transport company they appoint, depending on the destination and the type of project.

Please let us know the destination city and the number of units, and we will provide you with the cost of assembly, so there are no surprises or hidden costs.

Yes. INSCA works with clients and on projects in over 100 countries, with clients such as TileBar (United States), Frisch GmbH (Austria) and Sandman AG (Switzerland), amongst others.

Our team travels to carry out the installation when the project requires it; we do not arrange transport to the destination, and this is agreed directly with the client for each international project.

It depends on the model: the vast majority of display units are delivered pre-assembled, although in some cases they require a simple final assembly.

Where assembly is required, we’ll send you the assembly instructions and assist you if you encounter any difficulties during the process.

Yes, we have our own assembly team.

The cost of assembly is calculated on a project-by-project basis (number of units, location, complexity), so we’ll send you a specific quote for this part along with the quote for the display unit or showroom.

Yes. INSCA provides support throughout the entire process, with rapid resolution of any issues and our own assembly and after-sales service.

In addition, we offer maintenance, spare parts and expansion services for customers who already have INSCA display units installed.

Bespoke showrooms

Yes. Bespoke showrooms are, in fact, the most common bespoke request we receive: this could be a new showroom or a total or partial refurbishment of an existing space.

Our design and technical development team is at your disposal to create exclusive projects and optimise every square metre of your exhibition space.

The process, detailed at insca.com/en/project, follows these stages: defining the brief, engineering design, 2D and 3D design, technical development, prototyping, furniture manufacture, site management and coordination of trades, and logistics and installation.

This same process applies to both new showrooms and partial or complete refurbishments of an existing exhibition space.

The design of a showroom, or the complete or partial refurbishment of an exhibition space, is free of charge if the project is ultimately manufactured by INSCA.

Please get in touch with us for further information, and we’ll explain how the process works in your specific case.

Of course. Your architect can provide us with the plans, and our technical department will develop bespoke furniture, integrating it with the rest of the project.

If you also wish to include standard furniture from our catalogue, we can provide you with the relevant BIM files so that your architect can integrate them directly into the project.

Yes, it isn’t necessary to refurbish the entire space: we handle both partial refurbishments of a specific area of the showroom and projects to build a complete showroom from scratch.

Tell us which part you want to update and the current condition of the space, and we’ll work with you to assess the best way to integrate it with the rest of the showroom.

Yes. If you’re in the construction phase or working to tight deadlines, it’s important to assess feasibility right from the first point of contact.

Drop us a line with your target date and the current status of the project, and we’ll clearly outline which solutions can fit within your timeframe.

Sectors and custom trade show booths

Although we have extensive experience in ceramic tiles and bathroom fittings, we also develop display solutions for other sectors such as doors, paint, tools and other technical or construction products.

If you have a specific project outside these sectors, please get in touch: we assess each project on a case-by-case basis.

Yes, we design, manufacture and assemble trade fair stands, although this service is managed directly on a case-by-case basis and is not listed in our online catalogue.

We have experience at leading international trade fairs in the sector, such as Cersaie (Italy) and Coverings (USA), amongst others. Please email us with the name of the fair, the dates and the space available, and we’ll advise you on the options.

Advice and help in deciding

Yes, we analyze each project individually and without obligation.

Tell us what product you want to display, the available space, and its intended use (self-service, assisted sales, premium showroom, etc.), and we’ll recommend whether a catalog display, a custom-made display, or a complete showroom project would be best.

For an initial assessment, we need: the type of product to be displayed, the approximate dimensions, the number of samples or units, the available space, and the project’s location.

If it’s a custom showroom, a floor plan or photos of the space would also be very helpful in preparing a more precise preliminary proposal.

In many cases, yes. We can explore adaptations for different product formats or thicknesses, always maintaining the stability, load capacity, and functionality of the display.

Please provide us with the specific product details (dimensions, weight, number of items) and our technical team will analyze it.
