Pascual Ibáñez (CEO) and Carmen Ibáñez (Director of Institutional Relations) received the award given by the Chamber of Commerce of Castellón in recognition of INSCA’s history of effort, innovation and global expansion that began more than 45 years ago.
The Castellón Chamber of Commerce held the Chamber Awards ceremony for the 2023 edition on Thursday 15 May. An institutional gala that recognised the talent, resilience and commitment of the business fabric of Castellón in an uncertain economic context.
The event took place at 7 p.m. in the Chamber’s assembly hall and was hosted by journalist María Bellmunt.
In addition, it was chaired by the president of the Chamber, Mª Dolores Guillamón, and was attended by authorities such as the president of the Generalitat Valenciana Carlos Mazón; the president of the Diputación de Castellón, Marta Barrachina; the president of Les Corts, Llanos Massó; the deputy general manager of Banco Sabadell, Fernando Canós, and, finally, the mayoress of Castelló, Begoña Carrasco.
A night to celebrate entrepreneurial talent and perseverance
Once the gala began, President Guillamón highlighted the ability of local entrepreneurs to adapt in the face of global uncertainty. For his part, President Mazón defined the award-winning companies as ‘a reflection and exponent of a diversified, modern productive fabric rooted in tradition’.
On the other hand, Mayor Carrasco highlighted the courage and determination of those who, like INSCA, decided to leave their comfort zone to grow and transform their environment.

Thus, among the award-winning companies of the night, INSCA was recognised with the Chamber Award for International Trajectory. A recognition of more than four decades of leadership in the sector of commercial equipment, exhibition solutions and displays for construction materials.
The award was collected by Pascual Ibáñez Llop, CEO and owner of the company, and Carmen Ibáñez Llop, owner and Director of Institutional Relations. We would also like to congratulate the awarded companies for their effort, commitment and contribution to the economic and social development of our province.
How did INSCA become a leader in the building materials trade equipment sector?
INSCA‘s history began in 1978 as a small family business dedicated to carpentry. Only a few years later, we were able to identify an opportunity in the ceramic sector in the province: display solutions for construction materials such as ceramics. And so, we became pioneers in the manufacture of displays for tiles.

Since then, we have continued learning, growing with enthusiasm and reinventing ourselves, always looking for the best way of doing things. This has led to the fact that, with a firm commitment to internationalisation, our display solutions are currently present in almost 100 countries.
Because we have never liked to stand still, today we have four brands (INSCA, InscaShops, Inretail and Kontorstil) with which we cover from the design and manufacture of exhibitions and stands for construction materials, to commercial equipment for major retail, contract and horeca brands.
Our evolution has been marked by milestones such as the implementation of digital technologies such as the I.RIS system to digitise construction material exhibitions, the opening of new online sales channels and the creation of specialised brands.

All this with a business model that combines excellence in the made in Spain product with respect for the trade, sustainability and commitment to people.
Therefore, this award is also a recognition of the entire INSCA family. Those who put their talent, effort and passion into each project, and who make it possible for us to continue growing, evolving and always giving the best of ourselves. Thanks to this non-conformist spirit and a team that never stops, today we are much more than a company: we are a group with four brands, but with the same essence.
