Management policy

The INSCA group, dedicated to the design, manufacture, marketing and assembly of stands, displays and exhibitions of building materials, is aware of the importance of quality management in its organization and the satisfaction of its customers.

For this reason, it has implemented a Quality and Environmental Management System, according to the requirements of the UNE-EN ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.

And in compliance with the requirements of these standards is committed to:

• Achieve all the quality requirements demanded by its customers to achieve their satisfaction and comply with the applicable requirements and those of the interested parties.
  
• Comply with applicable regulations and standards in the development of its activities, as well as comply with applicable environmental legislation and other requirements to which the organization subscribes.
  
• To adequately train all its employees, promoting good professional practice in their activities, awareness of the importance of their collaboration in achieving the company’s goals and their contribution to the achievement of the objectives set.
  
• To promote the best use of raw materials and natural resources and the prevention and reduction of pollution, giving priority to the recovery and recycling of waste generated.
  
• To provide the company with the necessary resources to be able to comply with this Management Policy and achieve the objectives.
  
• Promote good collaborative relationships with suppliers for mutual benefit in commercial relations.
  
• To lead and encourage the continuous improvement of the effectiveness of the established Management System.

The Management of the company supports this system and considers that this Policy is appropriate and adequate to the purpose of the organization, to the nature, magnitude and impacts of its activities and products and therefore assumes responsibility for defining, implementing and keeping this Policy updated.
