Showroom de TileBar en Washington con expositores para azulejos de INSCA
  • Washington, DC
  • 745 m2

Since its founding in 2009, TileBar is now one of the leading companies in tile and bath design and is in the midst of expansion. Its new showroom in Washington, D.C., designed in collaboration with the architecture firm Gensler, is conceived as a place where sensory experience and interaction with materials take centre stage.

At INSCA, we were responsible for manufacturing and assembling the display solutions for this 745 m2 space. The tile display systems were developed to enhance a physical and tactile experience, in line with the company's philosophy.

The space combines technical benches, areas for displaying ceramics and bathroom accessories, as well as customised tile libraries to showcase a wide variety of formats and collections in an orderly manner. We would like to highlight the incorporation of UP! compositions, designed as work areas where the material can be analysed in detail.

The project also includes large-capacity tile displays, such as the Yato 10 tile fixture display units, along with bathroom tile displays and other solutions such as floor tile displays. In addition, we created two 11-metre Tile Library to optimise the available space.

The finishes of the furniture reinforce the warm and welcoming atmosphere of the showroom, combining light tones, white surfaces and black details. As a unique element, we added planters next to the workbenches to bring a touch of nature to the space.

In conclusion, the TileBar showroom has been designed according to the principles of Welcome, Warmth and Workshop. The tile displays for showrooms contribute to creating a functional and versatile environment, where ceramics and bathrooms take centre stage.
