The firm presents 25 trolleys with pre-designed designs that allow customers to visualise their new bathrooms in 360º at a closed price.
Digitalisation is transforming building materials exhibitions, turning them into more attractive, functional spaces aimed at improving the customer’s shopping experience. In this context, Queràmic, a family company belonging to the Cerygres group with more than 40 years of experience, has launched a pioneering system that redefines the process of buying complete bathrooms: QueEasy.

QueEasy: Innovation in the purchase of complete bathrooms
This system, patented in the European Union, allows customers to quickly, easily and economically choose a pre-designed complete bathroom at a fixed price. All this, without complications, autonomously and without the need for the direct intervention of a salesperson.
QueEasy is inspired by the concept of online shopping carts, but brought to physical reality, creating an experiential shopping process that seeks to make the purchasing process of one of the most important spaces in our homes simpler, faster and more transparent: the bathroom.
The firm, aware of the changes in the habits of Spanish consumers, ‘offers a new formula for buying a complete bathroom in the blink of an eye. You just have to know what you like, what size you need and how much you want to spend’, explains Jordi Zaragoza, Queràmic‘s general manager and representative of the second generation of this family business.

Three steps to get the bathroom of your dreams
The way QueEasy works is as simple as it is intuitive. Through three simple steps, users can obtain a complete bathroom proposal adapted to their needs and tastes:
- Choose the size of your bathroom (S, M or L). This step ensures that the selected model fits the dimensions available in the space that the client wishes to renovate.
- Choose the model you like best from the 25 trolleys on display. Each trolley presents different complete bathroom designs, with a selection of ceramics, furniture, washbasins, taps, toilets and other accessories.
- Find out the closed price of your new bathroom, a single price that includes all the selected products, with no surprises or additional costs. In addition, thanks to the 360º viewer, the customer can see their choice in 3D in real time to make their choice easier.

Diversity of options: From basic to complete
The QueEasy system offers three size options to suit every customer’s needs. On the one hand, the S size includes wall and floor tiles, bathroom furniture, washbasin, mirror, taps, WC toilet, and accessories such as towel holder, toilet roll holder and toilet brush holder.
And, on the other hand, the M and L sizes, in addition to what is mentioned in the S size, include shower with screen, shower tray, taps and hangers, expanding the options for those who are looking for a more complete bathroom.

The client, before making a final decision, can see all these options in the 360º visualiser from their own mobile phones, which allows them to observe their bathroom in 3D and in real size thanks to the yellow lines painted on the floor that simulate the dimension of the space.
This visualisation is a useful resource that provides the customer with the certainty that they are making the right choice, eliminating any doubts that might arise in the process.
The development of QueEasy: a collaboration with Venture Experience
The QueEasy system has been designed and developed by the creative and strategic consultancy Venture Experience, led by Alberto Martínez. With its innovative SPACE UX methodology, the consultancy team has worked closely with Queràmic to mature and evolve this revolutionary idea.

In this sense, its experience in the design of commercial spaces and in improving the customer experience has been key to making QueEasy a benchmark in the sector. This avant-garde approach has allowed the Cerygres Group to implement a scalable model that redefines the purchase of complete bathrooms.
Tailor-made display solutions to materialise QueEasy
When Queràmic and Venture Experience began to shape the concept of QueEasy, they already had a clear idea of what they wanted: an easy, quick and accessible shopping system to choose the ideal bathroom. However, although the idea was clear, they knew they needed someone who could bring their vision to life, who could turn it into something real.

That’s when INSCA became part of the project with our bespoke display solutions. The challenge has been exciting: to transform an idea into a tangible space where the products are displayed in a clear and functional way, always following the precise indications of the firm and the consultant.
The process: A team effort
We were in charge of manufacturing and assembling everything necessary for QueEasy to come to life. The 25 display trolleys, the work tables, the entrance counter… Each piece had to fulfil a specific function and contribute to a broader experience: that customers could see everything they needed, at a glance and in the simplest possible way.

Creating bespoke display solutions
At INSCA, we materialised the project as closely as possible to what Queràmic and Venture Experience wanted. We knew that every detail was important, so we made sure that everything fitted in with the original idea.
- The 25 display trolleys: Each of these trolleys was designed to be functional, but also to offer an interactive experience. They are designed so that customers can see how their bathroom would look, all at a glance.
- Bathroom displays: Although the bathroom is functional, it is also a personal space. That’s why we adapted the Arredobagno UP! sanitaryware and bathroom accessories display shelf from our catalogue so that customers could choose personalised options, with everything they needed in plain sight.
- Work tables: The tables had to be practical and comfortable for the sales advisors. With an industrial design, designed to store everything they need, we created an efficient space for the entire sales team.
- The entrance counter: As the first impression of the shop, the counter could not go unnoticed. We made it to be welcoming, but also functional, integrating with the rest of the space.
- The technical area: We knew that in order for the advisors to be able to personalise the options for each client, they needed a comfortable and well-organised space. That’s why the work tables were adapted to withstand scratches, and the Nebraska ceramic displays allowed the catalogue to be clearly displayed.
- The Pisa Slimshow display: We installed our display for slabs Pisa Slimshow to cover an 11-metre wall to display the ceramic options in an attractive and organised way.

In short, seeing how everything has come to life in Queràmic’s 600 m2 shop in Barcelona has been one of the greatest satisfactions of the project. It was not only about meeting expectations, but also about creating a functional and pleasant space for customers. QueEasy has become an innovative and unique way to buy a bathroom, created with care and attention to every detail.
An ecofriendly building materials shop
At Queràmic, sustainability is a core value. Therefore, QueEasy has also been designed to minimise environmental impact. Through the following strategy, it seeks to contribute to the reduction of carbon emissions:
- Efficient shipping: The system makes only one shipment per cart to reduce the number of transports and thus minimise emissions.
- No returns: The order is tailored to the customer’s needs, so once confirmed and shipped, no returns of surplus material are accepted, avoiding waste.
- Packaging recycling: All packaging is properly recycled, which helps to reduce the environmental footprint of the process.

In addition, the new shop has been certified with the CO2_NULO seal, a recognition that endorses its efforts to minimise its environmental impact. The showroom has incorporated energy efficiency measures, recycling and the use of materials with a low carbon footprint, such as partitions with Environmental Product Declaration (EPD), which helps to reduce CO2 emissions and energy consumption.
A promising future for QueEasy by Queramic
The launch of QueEasy is just the beginning with the possibility of replicating this system in other cities and countries. The combination of technology, sustainability and design allows this system to be a solution designed to adapt to the changing shopping habits of consumers, while reducing the environmental impact of purchasing household products.

At INSCA, always with an eye on efficiency and innovation, we are committed to continue being part of projects that mark the future of the sector. Thanks to the collaboration with Queràmic, we have once again demonstrated that design and functionality can go hand in hand to create building material showrooms that enhance the customer’s shopping experience.
