Creation of employment, commitment to talent, equality, training, transparency and conciliation have marked INSCA’s group HR policy. Those actions have been rewarded in the Mediterranean Business Awards, in the form of the Human Resources award.

Entrega de Premios Empresa Pascual Ibáñez

The award was collected by Pascual Ibáñez, INSCA’s group CEO, at the gala held in the Auditorium of Castellón. In his speech, Ibáñez collected the award on behalf of “all the great family that we are at INSCA. That family that gets up every day to give their best. By providing involvement and commitment, that ensures that our clients identify INSCA as an ally in their expansion and growth”, he said.

Ibáñez highlighted the figure of his father, Pascual Ibáñez, who founded the company 44 years ago. “He is the one who taught us the taste and passion for the product. We are very proud to be recognised by our customers in more than 100 countries for the quality, design and innovation we provide”.

People at the heart of the INSCA group

People are at the heart of the four brands that make up the group: INSCA, Inscashops, Inretail and KontorStil. More than 160 professionals make up the team. The company that focuses on human management, well-being and satisfaction of all the company’s stakeholders: employees, suppliers and customers.

Values are the hallmark of the whole group. All four brands are based on respect, freedom, communication, responsibility, initiative and trust. Creating an ideal working environment in which people feel respected.

The strategy for the 2021 year was key. As the group’s expansion strategy was also based on the creation of new jobs, professionalization and internal training.

The commitment to internal talent, recycling and continuous training has been vital in the process. Lean methodology, adaptation to digital change, equality plan, family reconciliation, promotion of diversity, inclusion and, stress reduction are main factors in an international group as ours.

It is worth remembering that the company was founded in 1978 by Pascual Ibáñez, and what began as a carpentry shop is now an international group of commercial equipment 4.0, led by his two children: Pascual and Carmen Ibáñez. Digitalisation, continuous improvement and a powerful expansion plan are the main milestones that have marked the year 2021.
