Find out how to digitalise your exhibition of materials at Cersaie’24 by visiting our stand. You will find us in Hall 28 Stand B12 C11. We are waiting for you!
This year at Cersaie we are presenting Showroom 5.0. A concept of point of sale and exhibition that focuses on two strategic axes: customer experience and digitalisation. You have to come and see it at our stand at the Italian trade fair from 23 to 27 September, in Hall 28 Stand B12 C11.
Showroom 5.0: digitisation of exhibition spaces and customer experience
Showroom 5.0 is a new exhibition space where digitalisation and customer service complement each other to offer a unique, personalised and interactive experience. It is the new way in which your customers interact with your materials.
This concept that we have developed at INSCA includes new tile displays digitalised with I.RIS, our intelligent and digital system, which merges the physical with the digital. In other words, this tool allows you to visualise, in real time, final ambiences from the physical display.
At our stand, you can see it integrated in the technical wall for displaying samples Milan Wall and in the technical bench for small format displays I Nostri Banchi. In this version, starting from small samples, a code is scanned, and the ambience and technical information appears on the screen. You have to come and see it.
A new way of interacting with materials
At INSCA we know that innovation lies not only in technology, but in how it is used to improve interaction with the customer. That’s why the Showroom 5.0 we have developed is not just about digitalisation.
On the other hand, we have optimised the exhibition space with hybrid displays. For example, we have designed shelves for display building materials in which you can present different types of materials such as tiles and taps in the same display.
In addition, the customer service areas are integrated directly into the furniture, which facilitates closer and more effective communication, without your customers and team having to move around.
Personalised experiences and proximity in exhibitions
Our goal is simple: to make every visit to your point of sale a personalised experience, where proximity and interactivity take centre stage. With digitised building material displays, your customers can interact with your products in an intuitive way.
We want you to enjoy the experience of selling and do so with the security of trusting a company with more than 45 years of experience. We are ahead of the trends in the sector so that you can achieve excellence in the presentation of your materials.
Here are the 7 trends in material display 2025
Along with this vision, we have created a guide to the top 7 trends for tile, bathroom and building materials display, reflecting the keys to stand out in 2025.
The trends include the digitalisation of showrooms, optimising the display of small and large formats, using moodboards to inspire, contextualising new spaces with tiles, displaying with a focus on cross-selling and integrating customer service areas into the furnishings.
In short, this exclusive ebook brings together the main innovations in display materials for the coming year.
